Miyuki Hoop Crystal Earrings - Turquoise
Handmade in South Africa · Ships within 7 working days
The Miyuki Hoop Crystal Earrings are designed with presence — a considered hoop accented by texture, depth, and a soft play of light.
Each pair is handmade using woven Miyuki seed beads, shaped into structured hoops with a deliberate finish. Clusters of faceted glass crystals and semi-precious dyed Howlite and Magnesite accents are added by hand, creating contrast and quiet abundance. The composition is intentional rather than symmetrical.
Finished with nickel-free hooks, these earrings offer a confident focal point — expressive, self-contained, and complete without the need for layering.
Available in both silver and gold metal tones.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the jewellery made from real gold or silver?
No, Marzipan jewellery is not made from solid gold or sterling silver.
Our gold-tone pieces use high-quality 18 or 24 karat gold-plated stainless steel and brass components. Our silver-tone pieces use stainless steel and 925 sterling silver-plated components. These materials are chosen for their balance of durability, appearance, and wearability.
As with all plated jewellery, the finish will naturally evolve over time, especially with regular wear.
Will my Marzipan Jewellery tarnish?
Marzipan pieces are made to be worn, lived in, and enjoyed over time. We use thoughtfully selected, high-quality materials including stainless steel, gold- and silver-plated components. These components are carefully selected for their durability and resistance to everyday wear. Like all costume jewellery, the metal may gradually soften in colour or develop a natural patina with time. A little care goes a long way. Keeping your pieces away from water, perfumes, and lotions, and storing them thoughtfully when not in use, will help preserve their finish. With this kind of care, your Marzipan pieces can stay with you for years. If the metal begins to lose its shine, it can be gently revived with a polishing cloth.

Is Marzipan Jewellery suitable for sensitive skin or ears?
Yes. Marzipan Jewellery is designed to be gentle on the skin, and we’re mindful in our material choices.
Our pieces use nickel-free stainless steel or brass components (18 or 24 karat gold plated, or 925 sterling silver plated), which are generally well-tolerated by most people. Nickel is the most common trigger when it comes to skin reactions from costume jewellery.
That said, sensitivity is very personal. Some individuals may still react to certain metals.
If you have highly sensitive skin or known metal allergies, we recommend choosing styles with minimal metal contact, or avoiding prolonged wear.
